2.6 Change Management Consultant (Senior) under Stream 2 - Business Consulting/Change Management Services Stream (Tier 1); and
3.11 Communications Consultant (Senior) under Stream 3 - Project Management Services Stream (Tier 1).

Description of the Requirement:
The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requires the services of Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and consulting services on an as and when requested basis, in the area of Change Management, Communications and Stakeholder Engagement for transformative initiatives of high complexity.

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from the date of Contract Award to March 31, 2020, plus four additional one-year option periods.
