Consultants en conception organisationnelle et en classification pour les postes de direction (EX)

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Department Name [the "Natural Resources Canada"] for Task and Solutions Professional Services It is intended to result in the award of up to two (2) contracts. The intention is to hire two (2) consultants for work on an “as and when” requested basis.
The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one (1) additional (1) year period under the same conditions. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out in the Basis of Payment.
