The purpose of the ISAF FTS is to provide joint commanders at every echelon, a clear, unambiguous picture of the unfolding operational scenario in near real-time, including blue force, red force and neutral position information. This information may come from diverse coalition, multinational, interagency and even NGO tracking or information systems. The Agency has a requirement to contract the continuation of Communications Services, in theatre for Operation & Maintenance, training and related services to be supplied for the ISAF Force Tracking System.
