REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION

Statistics Canada (STC) has a requirement for on-site service,
repair and maintenance support for a variety of Kodak imaging
equipment.

Bidders must propose a system meeting the minimum mandatory
specifications detailed in Annex A of the Request for Proposal.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Agreement on Internal
Trade (AIT) and World Trade Organization Agreement on Government
Procurement (WTO-AGP)

The work is to be performed during the period of April 1, 2013
to March 31, 2015

EVALUATION METHODOLOGY
Bidders must comply with all of the requirements of the bid and
will be required to meet or exceed a set of minimum mandatory
specifications to be declared responsive. The responsive bid
with the Lowest Total Evaluated Cost will be recommended for
award of the contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
