Description of the Requirement:
Fisheries and Oceans Canada has a requirement for the services of a general contractor to perform repair maintenance services, preventive maintenance services and small renovation projects on its four (4) buildings and facilities on the Sorel Coast Guard Base, Sorel, Quebec.

Proposed period of contract:
The period of the Contract is from contract award date to March 31, 2019 inclusive.
Option to Extend the Contract
The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to One (1) additional one (1) year period under the same conditions.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 1,890 days plus an additional estimate level of effort of 1,550 days for the option period.
