The Department of National Defense (DND) has a requirement for
the establishment of a Service Contract for the furnishing of
all labour, materials, tools and equipment required to complete
the minor and major inspections, provide bi-weekly Point
Verification print-outs and provide monitoring for critical
alarms of the building mechanical systems at the HMCS
Brunswicker Naval Reserve in Saint John, N.B. All work is to be
performed in accordance with the specification for DND Job No.
L-S255/21-0301/27. The Service Contract is from Date of Award
to March 31, 2013, with options available to extend the contract
for two additional one year periods.
The estimated cost (based on the Contract plus the two option
years) for this opportunity is within the following cost
category: $100,001 to $250,000. Bid security is not a
requirement for this tender.
