The Emissions Research and Measurement Section at Environment and Climate Change Canada have a requirement for the supply and manuals for one (1) Dynamometer Controller,

An irrevocable option to purchase additional Dynamometer Controllers for up to four (4) years from contract award has been included.

Delivery must be made to Ottawa, Ontario.

All deliverables including installation and commissioning must be received on or before March 31, 2020.

The Dynamometer Controller must meet all of the requirements listed in Annex "A" of the RFP in order to be deemed compliant.
