Full description

The objective of the contract is to run the day-to-day operations of the construction site and to maintain a secure work environment for all projects associated with the remaining phases of the Internal Accelerated Refit (IAR) and assist with other scheduled projects. The role of the project monitor/foreman includes important quality control and subcontractor coordination responsibilities while meeting the budget established of one or more simultaneous construction projects in accordance with a valid, executed contract, per CSA-DFL policies and procedures and work instructions.
