Full description

The Canadian Police College of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police requires the services of a Contractor to work with the Leadership Development Centre (LDC) to assist in the evaluation of the business case module of the Senior Police Administration Program (SPAC). The SPAC program accepts between fourteen and twenty-eight candidates per session. Candidates submit a written business case pertaining to a real world policing problem on day eleven of the thirteen day course.

The Contractor is required to evaluate and return business cases submitted by course participants in either English or French.

Turnaround time of the marked business cases from the Contractor to the Canadian Police College facilitation and administration staff must be no later than 80 percent by 1600 hrs on day twelve and 100 percent by 0700 hrs on day thirteen (last day of the course). The CPC will provide the business cases to the supplier by 0930 hrs on day eleven. This ensures the marks can be tabulated and returned to candidates in individual evaluation meetings between facilitators and candidates that commence at 0830 hrs on day thirteen.

It is intended to result in the award of 1 contract from date of contract award up to March 31, 2015, plus 3 irrevocable 1 year option periods, allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

See RFP for list of Mandatory Requirements and details of the requirement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
