In order to fulfill its obligations to provide Health and Safety Training, the Earth Sciences Sector (ESS) Management Services and International Affairs Division (MSIAD), Strategic Policy and Operations Branch (SPOB), Natural Resources Canada (NRCAN) is requesting the services of a private sector business to provide Theory and Live Fire Hands on Non-Restricted Firearms safety courses.
