Amendment No. 001 is raised to extend the solicitation closing
date from February 20, 2013 to February 27, 2013 at 14:00 EDT.

Requirement
This requirement is to provide the Department of National
Defense with Blankets, Submarine. All units must be
manufactured in accordance with ANNEX B - MANUFACTURING DATA FOR
Canadian Navy Submariner's Flame Retardant Blanket - NSN
8465-20-006-3632, Design data list DDL-8486-136553 dated
12-10-09, paper patterns and sealed pattern DSSPM 407-11.
Delivery to the DND in Montreal, Québec and Edmonton, Alberta
Contract Quantity: 300 units must be delivered complete by April
30th, 2013.
Technical Data
Technical Data shall be automatically issued, under separate
cover, upon request for the bid documentation. Therefore, it is
imperative that this request for bid documentation be done as
soon as possible to ensure timely receipt of the associated
Technical Data. Notwithstanding the above, the Crown shall not
be held responsible for untimely release of technical data,
since the Technical Data Package and sealed patterns shall be
available for viewing at the following Department of Publics
Works and Government Services Regional Offices:
MONTREAL, QUEBEC
MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO
WINNIPEG, MANITOBA
Enquiries:
To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to
the bid closing date.
