Covenant Health - Request for Qualification - Request for Qualifications - Design Consultant team - Health Facility and Campus Development (Covenant Wellness Community model)

Covenant Health invites qualified design firms and teams to submit a Statement of Qualifications in response to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”).
This is Stage 1 of a two-stage procurement to select a design consultant team for a new health facility aligned with the Covenant Wellness Community model. The site will be a master-planned community anchored by a Community Health Centre (CHC) which will be the focus of the proposal.
5 shortlisted teams will be invited to Stage 2, a Request for Proposals (“RFP”). Details and location of the development to be released during Stage 2 of the process.
