The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a
Standing Offer to supply and maintain inventories of "Ready Use
Materiel", including but not limited to various connectors,
screws, nuts, bolts, washers and miscellaneous items held within
various Work Centres located within Canadian Forces Base (CFB)
Esquimalt in Victoria, BC as detailed herein and in the attached
annexes.

The detailed materiel list of specified items is available in
electronic format from the Contracting Authority named herein.

Optional Site Visit
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site.

The site visit will be held on June 05, 2012 at 10:00am PDT at
CFB Esquimalt, Dockyard Facility. Bidders are requested to meet
at the main Dockyard gate at the foot of Admiral's Road in
Victoria, BC. Bidders are suggested to use the parking lot on
the right hand side as there is 2 hour visitor parking available.

Period of Standing Offer: Three (3) years, with an option for
up to two (2) only additional one (1) year periods
