Correctional Services Canada (CSC) at the Saskatchewan Penitentiary in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Willow Cree Healing Lodge in Duck Lake, Saskatchewan and the Regional Psychiatric Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan require a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and delivery of Personal Toiletry Items on an as and when requested basis. All deliverables must be
transported in a heated trailer during the months of November to March.

Suppliers are strongly encouraged to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.
