The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is to solicit proposals for an Expense Management System (EMS) that has the ability to fully integrate with SAP ByDesign and Travel Management Software. The proposed system must only transmit and store data within Canada or Europe exclusively and meet the DC Internal Records Management Policy, as described in Appendix 6, and other privacy and regulatory requirements.
