EAMS – RFI - TMA Notice
The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) will be seeking an externally hosted case management solution, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 (or newer) and Microsoft SharePoint 2013 (or newer) technologies, via a “Software as a Service” (SaaS) access and licensing model.
The Agency is soliciting feedback and recommendations regarding any issues that would impact a supplier’s ability to fulfill the Agency’s externally hosted case management requirement and to solicit industry knowledge and expertise with regard to best practices that would increase the success of this project. Respondents are asked to respond to the Agency and provide the information outlined in this Request-for-Information (RFI).

The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit feedback and recommendations on any issues that would impact a supplier’s ability to propose on the Agency’s requirement and to solicit industry knowledge and expertise with regard to best practices that would increase the success of the project.
This RFI has been sent to pre-qualified suppliers from the Solution Based Informatics Professional Services (SBIPS), based on Stream and Security requirements.
