To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the Supply and Delivery of Plastazote cross linked Polyethylene Foam sheets as specified at Annex "A", for the Department of National Defence (DND), at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Trenton, Ontario.
Period of Standing Offer will be for one (1) year from 1 March 1, 2017 to 28 February 2018 with the provisionto extend the duration for up to four additional one year periods thereafter.
It is the intention of the Crown to issue one (1) Standing Offer as a result of this Request for Standing Offer.
