Cleaning Supplies
For the provision of, as and when requested, Cleaning Supplies (excluding equipment, bulk kitchen/laundry items and dispensing chemicals & related equipment), in accordance with the solicitation document.
The period of the Standing Offer is from date of issuance to 31 October 2017, with options to extend for one (1) additional one-year period.
The total area to be supplied is divided into two (2) Zones as follows:
Zone 1 - Destinations in the Province of the British Columbia excluding Vancouver Island;
Zone 2 - Destinations on Vancouver Island - this encompasses any destination located on Vancouver Island.
PWGSC intends to issue one Standing Offer for each Zone. An Offeror may bid on one or both Zones. Should one Offeror provide the lowest evaluated price on an aggregate basis for both Zones, PWGSC will issue a single standing offer to that Offeror for both Zones. Only those Zones offered by the Supplier in its Offer will be included in the resulting Standing Offer.
The estimated annual volumes listed in Annex B are provided for evaluation purposes only. Actual usage will vary.
