The roof structure and the second floor will be composed of glulam wood beams topped by a glulam wood deck and supported by glulam wood columns down to the ground floor. The ground floor will incorporate a concrete slab on a steel deck over steel beams and joists. The crawlspace’s structure will be similar to the ground floors.
e) The building will be linked to the City’s aqueduct and sewage systems. It will include a fire protection system (wet-pipe sprinkler system). Heating will be provided by a combination of radiant in-floor heating and heated forced air.
