The RCMP is interested in leasing approximately 200 sq. metres of office type space in the Keswick area for a potential new community office.
The space must include several enclosed offices, men’s and women’s washroom and showers, file storage room, parking for several RCMP vehicles and any other requirements to meet RCMP operational and security standards.
Potential term of five (5) years with a two (2) x one (1) year option to renew.
Location must be within two kilometers of the intersection of route 104 and route 105 in the community of Keswick, New Brunswick and extends to Rocky Road intersection, stays within the Keswick side of the causeway and extending no further than the most easterly part of French Village Road.
