Health Canada Norway House Hospital has the requirement for the supply, delivery, offloading, installation, and training of two (2) LifePak 15 Monitor/Defibrillators. This equipment must allow for the seamless transfer of patients between medical transport modes as well as relocation at the hospital and/or nursing station without removal and reinsertion.The equipment must also be able to be repaired and maintained by Winnipeg Regional Health Authority who have an agreement with Health Canada to provide service.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
