The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) seeks to enter into a Contract with a single Contractor:
To supply, package, and deliver 199 AED Units (a mix of English units and French units), 124 AED Units (Bilingual units) and 323 Starter Kits (Scenario A), or 447 AED Units (a mix of English units and French units) and 447 Starter Kits (Scenario B), to CRA offices across Canada no later than four (4) weeks from date of contract award;
and
To supply additional AED Units, Starter Kits and accessories to CRA locations across Canada on an "as and when requested basis",
all in accordance with Annex A, Statement of Work.
The CRA intends to enter into a four (4) year contract with two (2) one-year option periods with one (1) Contractor.
CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHODOLOGY
The evaluation of proposals will be performed in four (4) steps as follows:
Step 1 – Evaluation against Mandatory Criteria
Step 2 – Evaluation of Financial Proposals
Step 3 – Selection
Step 4 – Contract Entry
A bid must comply with the requirements of the solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.
The responsible bid with the highest bid evaluation score will be considered the highest ranked bidder and will be recommended for contract award.
Proposal documents and supporting information may be submitted in either English or French.
The CRA reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
