Conditional Set-Aside Under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal BusinessBy means of the RFP, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking proposals from an experienced Indigenous Business (as defined by Indigenous Services Canada’s Eligibility for Aboriginal Procurement Set Aside) to develop a comprehensive report that analyzes Indigenous-specific perceptions, needs and barriers in:accessing and applying energy efficiency services, tools and technologies in homes, buildings (commercial, institutional and community) and Indigenous-owned industry;participating in government energy efficiency programs; andparticipating in the energy efficiency workforce.
