Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into an Agreement with a vendor for the purpose of supplying and delivering janitorial products and equipment to Granville Island, Vancouver, BC on an as-when requested basis. The vendor will provide off-site storage of products and equipment. For higher volume products, the vendor will provide weekly deliveries.
The anticipated initial term of the Agreement is for three (3) years with one optional renewal period of two (2) years, for a cumulative term of up to five (5) years. The total dollar value of the resulting Agreement is not expected to exceed $750,000.00 CAD inclusive of taxes for as requested services.
Bids must be received at the location specified in the RFQ document on or before the submission deadline of 11:00 am, PDT, on June 4, 2019.
