The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) invites offers/proposals for housing in any one of the following: Town of Broadview (four (4) housing units needed) Town of Carnduff (five (5) housing units needed) Towns of Esterhazy/Langenburg (six (6) housing units needed) City of Estevan (six (6) housing units needed) Village of Punnichy (three (3) housing units needed) The housing units offered must be capable of satisfying the following criteria:
A lease term of approximately ten (10) years, commencing on or about the first (1st) day of August, 2021, with the RCMP's option to renew for two (2) additional periods of five (5) years each,
Constructed after the year 2000; however, older residences will be considered dependent on recent renovations and/or mechanical system upgrades,
An individual residential dwelling that may form part of a duplex, four-plex, townhouse or row house, and be no more than two (2) stories in height,
Be a minimum of 110 m2 (1184 ft2) +/- 20 m2 (220 ft2),
Have a minimum of 3 bedrooms,
Include a living room, dining area, kitchen, one full bathroom including tub and shower, one half bathroom including shower, laundry room, sufficient storage space, and all appropriate utility hook ups,
Have a minimum of 2 parking spaces,
Minimum four (4) foot high fenced yard,
Comply with the Canada Labour Code, as applicable to fire, health and safety, the Canadian Electrical Code, the National Building Code of Canada and all other applicable Codes and Standards and all local laws and by-laws.
