RFP Scope: FCC has recently determined that it will pursue the development of a custom designed CRM solution. As FCC pursues this direction, it has identified a need for external consulting support that can provide industry knowledge on CRM products and features, to help guide and inform FCC’s design.
FCC will expect the successful vendor to demonstrate experience successfully advising clients on best practises for custom-building CRM solutions. FCC is seeking a consulting partner and is not seeking proposals from CRM software manufacturers, or resellers.

FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more vendors, prior to awarding a contract.
