Over the past 25 years, FCC has experienced significant growth, and our customers continue to become more sophisticated in their operations in the increasingly complex agriculture industry. FCC must ensure that employees and leaders have the knowledge and skills required to meet the rapidly changing needs of its customers. FCC’s culture and leadership are competitive advantages for our organization. Growing the individual and collective leadership effectiveness of FCC’s leaders is critical to FCC’s ability to meet the strategic objectives of the organization is critically important. As a result, FCC invests in building leadership capability within the organization. FCC has adopted the Leadership Circle Group’s Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) as our primary 360-degree leadership feedback tool. We require ongoing support for leaders through one-on-one coaching, LCP debriefs and leadership development. We have embedded the LCP tool as part of FCC’s internal leadership development program and as part of our leadership offerings. We continue to operate in volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environments. Throughout the pandemic, FCC provided coaching to our leaders to help them navigate complex leadership challenges with people and results in mind. Having access to coaching services has resulted in increased confidence for leaders as well as increased felt support. As part of our leadership development strategy, FCC wishes to make professional coaching available to leaders as a development tool on an ongoing basis. To that end, the intent of this RFP is to develop a partnership with an organization that will make available to us a roster of many qualified coaches to whom we would turn to provide coaching services to FCC’s leaders. Our desire is to find a leadership coaching provider that can understand our business and our culture; who also understands the Leadership Circle profile and can use it masterfully to create breakthroughs for the leader; can notice and name the leadership development opportunities leaders must leverage in service of the leader, their team and our business, and then provide coaching to help leaders seize their development opportunities.
