RFP Scope:
FCC’s current national contract for the provision of rented water coolers is set to expire this year and FCC is releasing this RFP to award the next contract.
The scope of this RFP includes providing filtered water and cooler services for all FCC offices across Canada. Many of FCC’s offices are located in rural areas, which are not in close proximity to major urban centers. The desired outcome of this RFP is to contract a single service provider to provide reliable and consistent filtered water services to all of FCC’s locations, though FCC will consider multiple partners if it deems that will provide the best overall value to FCC.

RFP Process Considerations
Vendors should note that:
this opportunity notice references a non-binding, competitive RFP, not a call for tenders. FCC is not obligated to proceed with the work described in the RFP scope, and may cancel the RFP at any time.
FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more vendors, prior to awarding a contract.
