RFP Scope: FCC is seeking a replacement for its current ALM tool, which is used to manage interest rate risk, prepare multi-year cash flow forecasts for corporate planning and produce information used in risk management stress testing models.
FCC is seeking a solution that will enable:
Managing Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) according to BASEL guidance
Producing projected cash flows for earning assets, determining fixed and variable term debt projections over the short and long term, and assess interest expense and interest income.
Enhancement of source data used in FCC’s stress testing model.
FCC will expect that the solution is in use by other financial institutions, preferably in Canada.
