Request for Proposals (RFP) – Credit Learning and Performance Re-design
About Farm Credit Canada (FCC): FCC is Canada’s leading agriculture lender, with a healthy portfolio of more than $33 billion. Our employees are dedicated to the future of Canadian agriculture and its role in feeding an ever-growing world. We provide flexible, competitively priced financing, management software, information and knowledge specifically designed for the agriculture and agri-food industry. Our profits are reinvested back into agriculture and the communities where our customers and employees live and work. For more information, visit www.fcc.ca or follow us on Facebook, LinkedIn, and on Twitter @FCCagriculture.
RFP Scope: FCC has identified that gaps exist in its current credit learning programs that provide credit education to its lending employees (both content and delivery method). FCC defines credit learning as the formal and informal learning provided to employees for all aspects of the lending process. To address this, a project team has been assembled with its objective being to redesign FCC's Credit Learning Strategy.
Through this RFP, FCC is seeking a vendor to partner with to design, implement, and maintain a broad-based, comprehensive credit learning and performance program.
FCC will expect the successful vendor to have demonstrated capacity and experience providing similar credit lending education products and services to other large financial services industry clients.
