RFP Scope
FCC is releasing this RFP to identify and select a vendor that it plans to engage to validate recommendations from a recent internal audit on its current Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) process, and to assume the lead role in designing measures to address those recommendations.
FCC will expect the successful vendor to have personnel with deep knowledge and expertise in privacy matters, laws and PIA compliance obligations applicable to Canadian Federal Crown Corporations and other Canadian Federal Government Agencies. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing PIA programs in large organizations will also be expected.
