Our employees are dedicated to the future of Canadian agriculture and its role in feeding an ever-growing world. We provide flexible, competitively priced financing, management software, information and knowledge specifically designed for the agriculture and agri-food industry. As a self-sustaining Crown corporation, our profits are reinvested back into the agriculture and food industry we serve and the communities where our customers and employees live and work while providing an appropriate return to our shareholder. RFP Scope:
With over 100 offices spread across Canada, FCC often finds it necessary to relocate employees in order to provide an appropriate level of service to our customers, as well as to develop employees for future leadership roles. Our relocation program serves as an attraction, recruitment and retention tool as well as a support to our succession management planning.
FCC’s current relocation services contract is nearing its expiration and this RFP is being released to award the next relocation services contract. The successful vendor will act on behalf of FCC, interpreting policy and managing all aspects of the relationship with our relocating employees.
