RFP Scope:
Over the last several years, FCC has been investing in options for our customers and partners to transact with us digitally and are looking to continue our progress in the digital and electronic signature space.
To provide an efficient and positive employee and customer experience, we are working to enable digital and electronic signatures through an integrated experience (using an Application Programming Interface - API) on our lending forms. We are also looking to enable electronic signatures on internal documents and other documents with external third parties.
Our objectives of this RFP are to:
Select a single partner to meet all our digital and electronic signature needs – integrated and web-portal
Have a secure and stable platform we can utilize for our internal e-signature needs as well as for our external e-signature needs

this opportunity notice references a non-binding, competitive RFP, not a call for tenders. FCC is not obligated to proceed with the work described in the RFP scope, and may cancel the RFP at any time.
FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more vendors, prior to awarding a contract.
