The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a contract with a vendor(s) for the purpose of purchasing 360 degree feedback assessment services in support of its leadership development and succession planning. This includes developing and providing a tailored, user-friendly, automated, confidential, and anonymous 360 degree feedback tool.
The initial term of this contract is expected to be for 3 years with the option to renew at CMHC’s discretion for 2 subsequent 1-year periods. The value of the initial 3-year term is not expected to exceed $159,000.00 CDN, excluding all applicable taxes.
The proposal must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on October 2, 2013.
