Term of the Contract
This RFP will result in the award of multiple Contracts with task authorizations of 1 year each, plus a 1 one-year irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the Contract.
Trade Agreements
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Security Requirements
There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. For more information on personnel and organizational security screening or security clauses, Bidders should refer to the Industrial and Security Program (ISP) of Public Services and Procurement Canada (http://ssi-iss.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/index-eng.html) website.
Bidders must hold at least a Designated Organization Screening (DOS) attestation (required for your organization to access contract opportunities at the protected level), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) from Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Bidders may request that PSPC consider sponsoring their company for the initial VOD certification or increase their security rating from one level. Such sponsorship is only available for a one-step security clearance upgrade. This request can be submitted by email at any time to the following address:
T••••••••@••••••••.••.ca.
If sponsorship is anticipated, the Bidder is encouraged to contact PSPC as soon as possible so that the process can begin.
