875 Heron Road is a 66,000 m2 office accommodation building constructed in 1970 located at Confederation Heights, Ottawa, Ontario. The Canada Revenue Agency are the tenants of the building. The purpose of the 875 Heron Road Rehabilitation Project is to rehabilitate and modernize the 875 Heron Road’s Ottawa Taxation Campus Headquarters and Data Centre assets in order to extend their life expectancy, and Government of Canada occupancy.
Canada intends to procure a Private Partner to deliver the design, build, finance and maintenance (DBFM) to be delivered under a Public-Private Partnership (P3). The project will rehabilitate and modernize this recognized heritage building demonstrate the Government of Canada’s commitment to enhanced greening initiatives and sustainable design. The Private Partner maintenance period will be 30-years.
