Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) will hold an Industry Engagement Day to provide background and obtain industry input and feedback regarding a draft Request for Information (RFI – Draft). The RFI-Draft is asking interested parties to provide information in order to gauge private sector interest in providing long term accommodation for the occupant currently located at the Government of Canada Building municipally known as 185 Ouellette Avenue. As part of the provision of long term accommodation PWGSC is also seeking options for the future use or disposal of 185 Ouellette Avenue.
An "Industry Engagement Day" session will be held on June 19, 2014 to consult with the commercial real estate industry regarding the RFI - Draft. Interested parties must register in advance by notifying the contact indicated on this posting. The event will take place in the Erie Room at the Waterfront Hotel Downtown Windsor, 277 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, Ontario at 1:00 PM. The Industry Engagement Session is limited to the commercial real estate industry. Additionally, PWGSC will meet with pre-registered suppliers for one on one sessions to give industry further opportunity to share their knowledge and provide additional information in response to questions that PWGSC presents during the Industry Engagement Day.
PWGSC questions for obtaining industry feedback will be included in the Industry Engagement Day presentations.
