Farm Credit Canada identified the need to increase its maturity in IT service management from a knowledge, process and tools perspective. As a result, FCC worked with a number of partners to analyze its current ITSM maturity and develop a business case and high level implementation roadmap to improve its ITSM offering. In the assessment, FCC identified how far it wants to mature its ITSM program and what tools would be needed to reach that maturity. Now, FCC will assess various ITSM tool set offerings to see which one provides the best combination of performance, usability and value, in comparison to FCC’s current ITSM tools.
The primary objective of this Request For Information (RFI) is to assess various tool options available in the ITSM landscape and determine which tool would enable FCC to best meet our ITSM objective, in the short and long term. We will reference this information when deciding on the acquisition and purchase of a new tool.
