Demolition - 1 Oak Street, Ottawa, Ontario.
Project description:
The project is the mechanical de-construction of the Plouffe
Park Warehouse located at 1 Oak Street, Ottawa, Ontario.
Work is to be completed within thirty eight (38) weeks after
contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is
within the following category: $1,000,001 to $5,000,000.
MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit on August 12th, 2014 at 10:00am.
Interested bidders shall meet at Plouffe Park, 1010 Somerset
Street West, Ottawa, Ontario.
Safety Attire - It is mandatory that all persons attending the
site visit have the proper safety footwear (CSA approved green
patch) as well as Hard hats. Contractor personnel/individuals
who do not have the proper safety attire will be denied access
to the site.

Enquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no
