Public Works and Government Services Canada's Seized Property
Management Directorate has a requirement for a construction
contract, which consists of demolition of four (4) buildings at
Marshalltown, Digby County, Nova Scotia. As illustrated and
specified on the attached plans and Specification Job No.
R.050048.004

Construction is expected to be completed within 4 weeks after
award notification..

INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions
of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting
Authority: Chukwudi Chinye, telephone (902) 496-5476, facsimile:
(902) 496-5016, and Email: c••••••••@•••••.••.ca.
Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no
less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to
allow sufficient time to respond.

The estimated cost of this procurement is less than $100,000.00

This requirement is not subject to the Agreement on Internal
Trade (AIT).
