DELIVERABLES / SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work for this project consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material to demolish the existing fixed and floating dock facilities located at Bragg’s Island, NL. Work is to be performed in strict accordance with these specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract.
In general, the work under this contract consists of, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following:
.1 Demolition, removal from site, and disposal of all materials at an approved waste disposal facility of the existing fixed and floating wharf infrastructure as noted on the drawings. The existing structure contains creosote timber as indicated on the plans.
.2 Rehabilitate the site to its natural conditions.
