Babine Housing Demolition
Location:
Babine Fish Fence Campsite located at KM 60 on Forestry Service Road 4000, Babine River, BC
Work Description:
The Work comprises of, but is not limited to the demolition and removal of a 20ft x 80ft housing unit made of ATCO trailers with a floating roof built over top. The demolition must also include the existing foundation. Inspect and locate all utilities (water, sewer, power, propane, communication) and cap or decommission in a way that allows re-use for construction of a new building in the future. The work location is at the Babine Fish Fence Campsite located at KM 60 on Forestry Service Road 4000.
Contractor will be responsible for keeping construction area free of snow to safely perform work in accordance with WCB guidelines.
Site Visit:
Contractors are recommended to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the nature and extent of the work.
There is NO scheduled site visit for this solicitation.
Delivery Date:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by March 31, 2018.

To assist with insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $40,000.00 and $60,000.00.
