Request for to Snow Clearance on the Warf of Gaspé (Sandy Beach)
1. Description of work
Supply qualified personnel, materials, tools, equipment and all
other supplies or knowledge needed to carry out the work and
ensure the transportation and supervision required for the
cleaning and removal of snow and ice as needed according to
precipitation at he Wharf of Gaspé (Sandy Beach) for Public
Works and Government Services Canada. Work shall be in
accordance with Specification No. R.039033.002 of July 2013 and
drawing No. RM08031M.
2. Mandatory Requirements
By submitting his bid, the bidder certifies that he have the
following equipment ot perform the
Work:
a. One front-end loader with a snowpusher suitable for removing
snow;
b. One Removeble snowblower for loader or a loader-mounted
snowblower for piling snow in confined area;
c. One sander-salter for spreading an ever layer of grit on the
road and the wharf;
Note: Representatives of Canada can visit the facilities of the
bidders after the closing date of hte Invitation to Tender, but
before the award of the contract to make sure that the bid meets
the above Mandatory Requirements.
3. Period of the contract
The period of the contract rom November 1, 2013 to October 31,
2014 with two (2) years in option.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
