NOTICE OF OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site.
The site visit will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 1:00pm. Contractors are asked to meet at Camp Petersville, NB.
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority 1 day(s) before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid.
Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
The contractors representative must not have travelled internationally in the past 14 days, must not have symptoms of COVID-19, and must respect physical distancing measures while on site.

The work under this Service Contract comprises the furnishing of all labour, material, tools and equipment required to carry out snow clearance and removal at Camp Petersville, New Brunswick, as directed by the Engineer.
The estimated cost (based on the Contract plus two option years) for this opportunity is within the following cost category: $100,001. - $500,000.
Bid security is not a requirement for this tender.
