A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) is required for the supply of Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Parts as required by the Department of National Defence 17 Wing, Winnipeg, Manitoba and the Department of National Defence Shilo, Shilo, Manitoba. The Standing Offer will be in effect from approximately October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2018 with two, one year option periods.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
