The Royal Canadian Mounted Police J Division (New Brunswick) has a requirement for a contractor to provide one (1) explosive and Contraband Detector and the applicable training.
Requirements are in accordance with the mandatory technical specifications detailed in the Request for Proposal.
Lowest compliant bid that meets the mandatory technical requirements will be awarded the Contract.
This requirement has a security requirement.
This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT)

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
