RFP Amendment # 001 – This Request for Proposal has been amended as follows:
DELETE:
M1 – The Bidder must include two (2) summaries of projects performed within the last five (5) years similar to the work described in the Statement of Work (SOW), where the parameters used to determine reimbursement rates for the use of a private motor vehicle for business purposes included, as a minimum, the parameters listed at section 4.2 of the Statement of Work (SOW).
REPLACE WITH:
M1 – The Bidder must include two (2) summaries of projects performed within the last ten (10) years similar to the work described in the Statement of Work (SOW), where the parameters used to determine reimbursement rates for the use of a private motor vehicle for business purposes included, as a minimum, the parameters listed at section 4.2 of the Statement of Work (SOW).
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED

The objective of the work is to perform tasks and submit deliverables for the establishment of mileage reimbursement rates for the National Joint Council (NJC) directives (i.e., vehicle operating expenses and national fuel costs) based on criteria that have been agreed upon by the Treasury Board and its bargaining agents.
