TITLE : Two (2) watercrafts for the RCMP Stanstead detachment

For the purchase and delivery of two (2) new watercrafts 2017 (or latest manufacturer model year) for the RCMP detachment in Stanstead, Québec.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
The Period of the Contract shall be from the date of the Contract Award until all the work is finalized in accordance with the contract / delivery of all goods.
The bidder must provide bid and deliver all the goods that meet all the technical specifications no later than 15 days after the contract award.
CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHOD:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.
