DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
To assist and facilitate the business of the organization, the Office of the Correctional Investigator requires external expertise to integrate the next tranche of its functional and business requirements to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM tool. For the purposes of this work, two resources are required: one senior-level application software architect and one senior-level programmer analyst.

EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY
Basis of selection – Highest combined score of technical points (70%) and financial points (30%). Detailed in the RFP
