Public Works and Government Services Canada, on behalf of the Department of National Defence has a requirement for the provision of ten (10) Containerized Hydraulic Boom Reels. See specifications listed in Annex A for more details.

Basis of Selection: The lowest bid meeting the mandatory technical criteria will be issued a contract.
Competitive Requirement: 40 calendar day posting
While delivery is requested by March 31, 2017, the best delivery that could be offered is requested, as per the Request for Proposal document section 6.4.1 Delivery Date.
